Invectys is looking for a Senior Research Associate with expertise in Biotechnology/Immuno-Oncology to be part of our CAR-T Preclinical Development department based in Paris.
As part of the responsibilities of this position the candidate will be responsible for the CAR-T cells production and characterization (in vitro/in vivo/ex vivo) and for experiments in cellular Biology, Immunology and Molecular Biology.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the CAR-T cells production and characterization (FACS)
- Contribute to the evaluation of the biodistribution and expansion of CAR-T cells in vitro/ex vivo (qPCR, FACS)
- Contribute to the development and optimization of in vitro cellular models and immuno-assays (cytotoxicity, ADCC)
- Contribute to the antitumor in vivo efficacy studies
- Participate in Cellular and Molecular Biology in vitro and ex vivo experiments (Lentivirus production, FACS, ELISA, RT-PCR, plasmids amplification)
- Participate in the analysis and writing of procedures, protocols, and reports
- Participate in the general laboratory activities (i.e., maintenance and monitoring of equipment, ordering of consumables, organization of laboratories, etc.) in collaboration with the members of the group
- Work as a team and develop cross-functional interactions inside and outside the department.

PROFILE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or License in Biotechnology, Immunology or Cellular and Molecular Biology with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment
- Excellent organizational, planning and anticipation skills
- Knowledge and mastery of Immunology, Cellular and Molecular Biology techniques
- The in vivo experimenter level is required
- Curiosity, dynamism, and proactivity
