1. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing
Your personal data are processed exclusively for the following purposes:
• Management of contact requests and exchanges submitted through the website form, in order to respond to your questions and contact you if needed.
Legal basis: Invectys SAS’s legitimate interest in responding to incoming requests (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Ensuring the technical operation, security, and accessibility of the website, notably through the recording of technical logs by the hosting provider.

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

2. Mandatory Nature of the Data
The data marked as mandatory in the form are necessary to process your request. Without this information, Invectys will not be able to respond.

As part of the contact form, Invectys SAS may collect the following data categories:
• Identity data: last name, first name
• Contact data: email address (and telephone number if you choose to provide it)
• Information related to your request: content of your message
No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR (including health data) is intentionally collected through this website.
If such data are provided spontaneously, they will not be processed and will be deleted immediately.

4. Data Recipients
Data collected through our contact form/our contact address are accessible only to the following categories of recipients:
• Strictly authorized Invectys internal teams, including teams handling requests (communication, business development, scientific teams).
• Technical service providers acting on behalf of Invectys (hosting, IT maintenance). These providers act as processors under the GDPR and are bound by strict contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.
• Where applicable, certain scientific partners, only if your request concerns a collaboration or scientific project. In this case, such partners receive only the data strictly necessary and are contractually required to comply with confidentiality and GDPR obligations.
• If certain recipients are located outside the European Union (notably in the United States), transfers are governed by the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC 2021/914) and additional safeguards when required.
No data is sold.

5. Data Retention Period
Personal data collected via the contact form are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last interaction, then deleted.

8. Transfers Outside the European Union
